Refunds are not automatic for digital forum access or consulting services already started.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected and applicable mandatory law prevails.

Duplicate charges or verified technical billing errors will be corrected.

Important: No website terms can eliminate all legal risk. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the countries in which subscriptions are sold, especially consumer, auto-renewal, tax and distance-service rules.
