Cancellation Policy

Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation should be submitted through account/billing tools or written support.

Cancellation does not remove amounts already due or charges for services already delivered.

On-site work and meetings require reasonable notice; late cancellations may count as used entitlement.

Important: No website terms can eliminate all legal risk. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the countries in which subscriptions are sold, especially consumer, auto-renewal, tax and distance-service rules.
