1. Acceptance and authority
Using wiseturk.com, creating an account or purchasing a paid service means the applicable parts of these terms apply. A person purchasing for a company represents that they have authority to act for it.
2. Services
WiseTurk may provide international business development, market research, B2B organisation, foreign trade, finance/accounting coordination, company-formation coordination, digital transformation, forum membership and advisory services. Website material is not standalone legal, tax, investment or customs advice.
3. Memberships
Free, Standard, Gold and Consulting plans may be offered. Paid plans may renew monthly. Benefits are limited to the current plan description and unused support entitlements do not roll over unless expressly agreed.
4. USD 500 Consulting plan
The weekly on-site day is subject to advance scheduling, consultant availability, agreed service area and operating conditions. Travel, accommodation, visas and exceptional expenses are not included unless expressly stated. An on-site day is not an unlimited task or outcome guarantee.
5. Payments and renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically at the disclosed interval. Taxes and invoicing are handled as stated at checkout/invoice. Access may be suspended after failed payment. Reasonable notice should be given for material pricing changes where required.
6. Cancellation/refunds
The separate Cancellation and Refund Policies apply. Mandatory consumer rights prevail where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. User obligations
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, avoid unlawful/spam/infringing content and must not attack, scrape, overload or bypass security controls.
8. Forum
User-generated content remains the responsibility of its author. WiseTurk may moderate, remove or restrict content/accounts for security, legal or policy reasons. Forum discussions do not replace professional advice.
9. Intellectual property
Site design, original texts, marks, methodologies and WiseTurk-created materials remain with their respective rights holders. Users grant the limited rights needed to display and translate submitted forum content.
10. Third-party services
Payments, video calls, email, maps and translation tools may be subject to third-party terms. Independent outages or policy changes may be outside WiseTurk’s control.
11. No outcome guarantee
Market research, partner search, B2B meetings, collection coordination, export development and consulting do not guarantee sales, contracts, investment, licensing, financing or other commercial outcomes.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, limitations may apply to indirect loss, lost profit/opportunity and consequences of third-party decisions. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.
13. Suspension/termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct or material breach.
14. Governing terms
Project-specific agreements may contain governing-law and dispute clauses. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain applicable where relevant.
15. Changes
These terms may change for legal, technical or service reasons. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
